East County Softball has been the home away from home to thousands of young girls over the past 30 years.  We are a recreational fastpitch girls softball league that consists of girls aged 4-16 who came to our fields, hit their first ball, fell in love with the game and never looked back.

Proof of this is in the returning players, now as parents and coaches with their own daughters coming back to the very fields they knew and loved. 

East County Softball is a 'B' level league associated with USA Softball, the National Governing Body of Softball in the United States and a United States Olympic Committee (USOC) voting member. We have been in existence for over 30 years. Our players live in the surrounding areas of East County: Alpine, El Cajon, Descanso, Jamul, Lakeside, La Mesa, Lemon Grove, Pine Valley, Rancho San Diego, Santee & Spring Valley.
