2024 ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES

PER USA SOFTBALL

A player's age as of August 31 determines the
age in which the player is eligible to play
for the Fall Ball, Spring and Summer Seasons.
AGE CLASSIFICATION ELIBIBILITY GUIDELINES
6U 
A player whose 7th birthday is before September 1, 2024, is INELIGIBLE
6U or 8U
A player whose birthdate is between September 1, 2017 & August 31, 2018 has the option to register in either 6U or 8U Division *Parent's Choice*
8U
A player whose 9th birthday is prior to September 1, 2024, is INELIGIBLE
10U
A player whose 11th birthday is prior to September 1, 2024, is INELIGIBLE
12U
A player whose 13th birthday is prior to September 1, 2024, is INELIGIBLE
14U
A player whose 15th birthday is prior to September 1, 2024, is INELIGIBLE

OUR LEAGUE IS RUN BY VOLUNTEERS, AND IT TAKES ACTIVE PARTICIPATION TO MAKE IT HAPPEN AND RUN SMOOTHLY.

NO ROLE IS TOO SMALL!
 

Working as a volunteer can be very rewarding. As a volunteer, you should have a keen interest in the safety, well-being, and overall development of all our girls. By becoming a volunteer, you can:

  • Help others and give back to your community
  • Make new friends and network with people
  • Share your talents and knowledge
  • Ensure that East County Softball league continues
